Flwoing like a beautiful brook

Energy Is Always Flowing

The world we live in is always moving. Always flowing around us, and always new.

Sometimes it seems like the experiences we are having right now are exactly the same as the experiences we were having last week, but they are not.

Our whole world flows around with us being right in the center of the stream. There is no way to old it back from doing this, and if we try we wind up spending all our energy in fighting with the flow of life instead of enjoying the life we have to live.

Flow is the essential nature of the universe; it is how things go all the time. No two experiences are ever the same. They might appear to be that way and you might get similar results if you think in the same patterns all the time but the two situations are very different.

For instance, let’s ay that last week, you were going to the grocery store and did not make a list of things you wanted to buy there, so you wound up spending twice as much time and way more money than you needed to. This happens sometimes because we wind up buying things we already have at home in the cupboard and when we get home we knock ourselves around a little bit for not looking in the cupboard first and making a list.

Oh No! Not Again

That was last week, so here it is again this week, and you are back in the grocery store cruising up and down the aisles without a list, just randomly putting things in your shopping basket hoping you will remember what it is you really need to buy.

You get home, and, of course you have over bought and overspent your time, and you think to yourself, “I have done it again, why can’t I remember just to make a list” and then your mind starts whirling around, giving you little jabs and pokes about how you really need to get this habit under control and what kind of person are you and all other kinds of bad things you tell yourself.

It’s just the same as last week, you say to yourself, but its not.

This week, when you are doing a similar thing to last week, and wind up yelling at yourself inside, you are a different person. Another week has gone by and all those experiences that you had have combined to make you a slightly different person than you were last week.

And many of those experiences are good. And help you grow. But another instance of yelling at yourself for doing something that you are telling yourself is

JUST THE SAME THING AS LAST WEEK AND WHY DON’T I EVER LEARN,

is doubly or triply harsh. You didn’t deserve it the first tie you yelled at yourself, and you really don’t deserve it this time.

All it really takes is a bit of shift in your thinking, a bit of changing yourself around on the inside, a bit of transformation. Now really wouldn’t if be nice if you ere nice to yourself, flowed with the energy of the world around you and loved the person that you are?

Sure it would be and having a transforming shift in your life bringing you more into the flow of the universe could make your day a lot better. Actually, it would make all your days a lot better. Stay tuned for more information on the Blueprint Shift program where I will be telling you all about the best way to make a shift in your blueprint to be more of the person you always wanted to be.
